This policy explains how Makank LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the apps and websites we publish, including Smart Delivery, GeoMenu, GeoAqar and GeoTrack (the "Services"). An individual app may publish additional details specific to it; where it does, those details apply together with this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide, such as name, phone number and email address.
• Location data, when you grant permission, to show nearby places or listings, to route and track deliveries, or to record attendance. Apps that use location in the background (for example during an active delivery or a work shift) say so in the app and only do so for that purpose.
• Content you submit, such as orders, listings, photos and messages.
• Technical data, such as device type, operating system, app version and crash logs, used to operate and fix the Services.

How we use information

To provide and operate the Services, process orders and requests, verify accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to provide the Services: with the other party to a transaction (for example a restaurant, driver, advertiser or employer), with service providers that host or process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, and we protect it using reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update your information in the app, withdraw location permission in your device settings, and request access to or deletion of your account and data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
